Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Returns & exchanges

• Standard catalog items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
